Graphic Designer

 Min 1-2 Years of Experience

Location: Gulbarga (WFO Only)

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
  • Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect the company’s goals and branding.
  • Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs.
  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message.
  • Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Maintain an awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the marketing team.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with external printers and other vendors to ensure accurate production of designs.
  • Maintain and organize digital files of all completed projects.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Social Media Executive

 Min 1-2 Years of Experience

Location: Gulbarga (WFO Only)

Responibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
